Shipping Timeframes Standard Hair Orders (Virgin & Raw Collections): Ships within 3–5 business days. 613 Hair & Hot Tools: Ships within 7–10 business days due to processing and color preparation time. Please note: business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature and hygiene standards of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hairlikeher@icloud.com within 24–48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will be happy to assist you and address any concerns.
